This message is displayed when MAC address filtering is enabled and the printer's MAC address has not been registered to the access point. The MAC address is an identification number used to identify individual network devices.

If access restrictions are set, add your product's MAC address to your router's address list. To obtain your product's MAC address, print a network status sheet. Then follow the instructions in your router or access point documentation to add the address to the list.
