18 Ιουν 2019 · 9. On my MacBook Pro 2012, I can't change the screen brightness. When I click on the brightness keyboard controls, nothing happens. Under System Preferences → Displays, the Brightness slider is missing: I have also tried with an AppleScript and when I run it, I hear an error sound: tell application "System Events" key code 107. end tell.
If the display is black or dim: Try adjusting your display’s brightness. If images are too large or too small: Try adjusting your display’s resolution. If the colors don’t look right: Try using the display profile designed for your display.
