24 Ιουν 2024 · The system can be accessed through the airline’s online chat feature on etihad.com, found in the ‘Get In Touch’ section of the Help page. Simply choose the Travel Guidelines and Transit Information in the chat’s menu option.
3 Μαΐ 2023 · Etihad Airways will soon provide customers with the option to book flights using artificial intelligence. The Abu Dhabi -based carrier has entered into a partnership with Astra Tech, which will allow bookings to be made through the technology company's chat app, BOTIM.
