Texas State Chorale on Evans Auditorium Stage. Evans Auditorium is located in the Evans Liberal Arts Building (ELA) found in the center of the San Marcos main campus. Evans is the largest performance hall on campus with a seating capacity of 844.
Located on the Texas State University campus, the Evans Auditorium is part of the School of Music. A variety of music events are held here from concerts to recitals to symposiums along with other fine arts performances.
Auditorium personnel who work more than 8 hours for a single event must be paid time-and-a half. 13. Users of Evans Auditorium must agree to adhere to posted signs separating the Evans Auditorium lobby from Liberal Arts classrooms.
Please fill out the Request for use of the Music Building Recital Hall or Evans Auditorium. Only degree required recitals may request the PERF Recital Hall. Booking events for the same date and time are not permitted.
