Hard clue scrolls can be between four and six clues long, with multiple enemies to defeat and can have high-levelled quest requirements. Elite clue scrolls can be between five and seven clues long, with multiple fights, and puzzles every step.
Easy clue scrolls can be between 2-4 clues long with few or no quest requirements. Medium clue scrolls can be between 3-5 clues long with some quest requirements. Hard clue scrolls can be between 4-6 clues long, with multiple enemies to defeat and can have high-levelled quest requirements.
Use the star amulet on the furthest memorial to the east with the indent on it and push it to enter a dungeon that contains level 25 and 51 Experiments. Kill a level 51 wolf-woman Experiment to get a cavern key. Note: If you have started Rag and Bone Man II, you may wish to kill the level 25 experiments here until you receive an Experiment bone.

There are six levels of clue scroll: Beginner, Easy, Medium, Hard, Elite, and Master. A beginner clue scroll is the lowest difficulty treasure trail, the only clue scroll available to free-to-play players, and the only clue scroll offering free-to-play rewards. An easy clue scroll is a low difficulty treasure trail, with a low reward yield.
