Angles in Polygons Worksheets. Tags: 7th Grade. There are different ways to find the angles of irregular and regular polygons. Some of them employ the use of interior and exterior angles. Download PDF.
Angles in polygons relate to the interior and exterior angles of regular and irregular polygons. Interior angles are the angles within a polygon made by two sides. We can calculate the sum of the interior angles of a polygon by subtracting 2 from the number of sides and then multiplying by 180º .
Interior and exterior angles worksheet will help students in building upon clear concepts with angles in geometry. The angles within a geometrical figure are termed interior while outside of the figure are called exterior angle.
The interior angles of a shape are the angles inside the shape. The exterior angles are the angles formed between a side-length and an extension. Rule: Interior and exterior angles add up to 180\degree. Having the ability to rearrange equations will help with interior and exterior angle questions.
Hone your skills in finding the measure of each individual interior angle with this set of printable worksheets featuring regular polygons with ≤ 20 sides. The problems are offered as geometrical shapes and in the word format.
