Yes. There is. There is a large rock in front of the hobbe cave entrance. Stand behind that rock so the troll's attacks smash against the rock and can't hit you, then pull your bow out and charge a shot (hold down the attack button) for 2 or more minutes (yes, minutes).
I like paying so they get careless and then I "backstab" them while using slow time. or you could just run past them and straight to Greatwood Cullis Gate. After some time into the storyline (not sure when, maybe after Arena) the bandits will not be hostile and wander around the camp.
20 Ιουν 2015 · When entering greatwood, you will recognize that the bandits are doing some serious amount of damage. This is the time where you should start using your (hopefully to a good key binded) dodge-roll. Be careful especially with the big bandits, they can kill you in a few hits.
