1 Δεκ 2015 · 1) Login to FACEIT platform. 2) Click on your name, now you’ll be at your profile page. 3) Now click on the stats button. 4) Once on stats page scroll down to your previous matches. 5) You’ll see a go button on each match, click the button and go into the room. 6) Find a room which has support option within the room.

It's been 2 months since i send ticket to support connected with me being stuck in ''Your match is ready" I responded to this e mail and still no response from your support I can't play faceit u need to help me im stuck pls ffs im waiting 2 months. Regarding the issue I can not assist you further, this is due to an offline support.

The last response I received told me I needed to complete my steam profile and to have at least 5 hours played. My profile has every required section filled in ...

Regarding the payment system, if your method of payment didn’t clear you’ll not receive the subscription on our platform.

21 Ιουλ 2022 · Hello everyone, I have a friend who wanted to test Faceit but he created an account on it with a purchased smurf account. After 3 games, he took a ban evasion.... So we deduce that the person from whom he bought the account probably used a cheat on faceit before. So here is my question, if he redoes a Faceit account, with his main account, he will take a ban evasion or not? ːNCP_calmː
