Please note that as of May 3rd, 2022, faculty/staff email is available through Microsoft 365 access from your CUNY Login. Once you follow the instructions sent to your email and your account is created, you can access your Baruch email by visiting https://outlook.com and using your CUNY Login to log in.
Configuring your M365 Email Account on Outlook for Mac. A Note on the Out of Office Agent. If you set your out of office agent to be active, ANYONE who sends you an e-mail from a Baruch or non-Baruch e-mail address will receive an automatic response indicating you are out of the office.
Baruch Username, Baruch eMail (mymail.baruch.cuny.edu; aculty/staff) and BaruchMail (baruchmail.cuny.edu; students): Are services provided to current faculty, staff and students. Should be used lawfully, ethically, courteously, and reasonably.

24 Αυγ 2020 · For faculty and staff the Baruch username is the first initial and last name; for students it is the first initial, a period, and then the last name (for me “mrichichi” or “m.richichi”). For faculty and staff this also provides access to your Baruch email account (firstname.lastname@baruch.cuny.edu).
