If Ed Hardy is still a trading brand, contact them and the chances are they will tell you exactly how to spot whether it is a fake or not, and hopefully you can use the communications as your proof to take to Depop.
However, if he is clearly selling multiple fakes in his shop I would suggest reporting him to Depop and filing a claim via PayPal for counterfeit goods. It’ll be on him to show proof of authenticity.
