Yes, Far Cry 5 does have free roam. You are able to explore the map at will and take on any mission that comes your way. However, Ubisoft has made it clear that there are consequences for doing so and you could get into trouble with the law or rival factions.
Sure, you can free roam and all, but you'll only get maybe two straggler cultists an hour unless you trip Outpost Master, and that's not as fun as I expected it to be.
8 Απρ 2018 · You can free roam after the last mission... you have to restart the game though or you'll end up in a loop where you just keep getting the ending credits, surprised they haven't patched this yet. The main menu background changes after you beat the game.
24 Μαΐ 2021 · Yes their is still free roam after beating the game, but sadly nothing changes after but all the side mission that I know of are still their, and sorry that the game got spoiled for you. Get the Resistance mod and you can have Peggies come back after the nuke, it's great fun.
