12 Νοε 2024 · 52.245-1 Government Property. As prescribed in 45.107 (a), insert the following clause: Government Property (Sep 2021) (a) Definitions. As used in this clause- Cannibalize means to remove parts from Government property for use or for installation on other Government property.

(i) All cost-reimbursement and time-and-material type solicitations and contracts, and labor-hour solicitations when property is expected to be furnished for the labor-hour contracts. (ii) Fixed-price solicitations and contracts when the Government will provide Government property.

(1)(i) In lieu of the prescription at FAR 45.107(d), use the clause at FAR 52.245-1, Government Property, in all purchase orders for repair, maintenance, overhaul, or modification of Government property regardless of the unit acquisition cost of the items to be repaired.
(i) All cost-reimbursement and time-and-material type solicitations and contracts, and labor-hour solicitations when property is expected to be furnished for the labor-hour contracts. (ii) Fixed-price solicitations and contracts when the Government will provide Government property.
7 Φεβ 2024 · Under 52.245-1 (d)(2)(iii) states The Government may, at its option, furnish property in an "as-is" condition. The Contractor will be given the opportunity to inspect such property prior to the property being provided.
