As we search for frugal fashions, some online clothing companies remain poised to scam us. You know the ones; they constantly pop up as sponsored ads on Facebook and Instagram. The pictures usually don’t show the model’s head and promises these amazing designs for $10. 80% of the time, it’s a scam.
The crux of my complaint is the sales agent phone call. As such, I called Yelp and voiced this complaint. They directed me to an online dispute form to complete, which I promptly did. Yelp then denies my refund request via email.
They said that before she walks the runway she has to have at least 8 people buy tickets for $55/each as her entry into this fashion show. Has anyone else actually been through this company? Any help would be gladly appreciated.
