Applicants may seek to obtain a New York State High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma based on their having earned 24 college credits (or the equivalent) in a degree or a certificate granting program at a college located within the United States or accredited by a United States institution of higher education.
Welcome to Your New Start to Achieve Your Goals! The Queens EOC was established to serve New York State residents who are academically unprepared for college level study and vocationally unprepared for employment, lack competitive skills, and are from low to moderate income households.
Adult Collegiate Education is an accelerated bachelor’s degree program for high school graduates age 25 and older; GEDs and foreign equivalencies are also accepted. ACE program students may apply for up to 36 tuition-free life achievement credits based on personal or professional experience.
