17 Οκτ 2005 · Right-click on <path-to-game>\FEARXP\FEARXP.exe and click on Properties. Click in Compatibility and tick the Disable fullscreen optimizations box and hit Apply. Run the game once from Steam and then quit once reaching the main menu. This will generate settings.cfg.
