1 Μαρ 2023 · Your factory fill of oil has both silicone and copper at elevated levels in it. It's natural though for a new motor. I couldn't get it out of my mind and dumped the factory fill before 1500 miles on both a 2021 and 2022 Powerboost.

20 Φεβ 2022 · Replace the oil filler cap, start up the engine, let it idle for a couple minutes, shut off the engine, wait 5-10 minutes, and then check the oil level on the dipstick. According to the owner’s manual, if the oil level is between the full and minimum marks on the dipstick, the oil level is acceptable and you do not need to add any more oil.
