1 Νοε 2022 · The following list includes those Spanish postings that are required for all employers or must be displayed in certain situations (in those cases, the requirements will be provided). If a state has a county or city mandatory Spanish labor law posting, it will be listed with the state.
That’s right, it’s likely you should (or must) post certain labor law posters in both English and Spanish. The goal is to make sure all employees fully understand their rights, and displaying translated posters for employees who are not fluent in English supports that goal.
