8 Δεκ 2022 · Though the revised form will not become mandatory until April 1, 2023, ATF encourages all FFLs to begin using the amended Form 4473 immediately, which can be downloaded and printed from the ATF’s website. Paper forms will be made available from the ATF Distribution Center on February 1st.

24 Οκτ 2021 · On ATF Form 4473, (the federal form required to purchase a firearm), it asks about your citizenship, it has a box to check for US citizen, and another box for other citizenship(s). I am a US Citizen by birth but also hold citizenship in two other countries by birth through descent.
