This system allows selective access to data from HUD's Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Database. Data output is in either easy-to-read HTML tables, or a comma-delimited text file suitable for further analysis with spreadsheet, database, or statistical software.
HUD collects LIHTC data at the property level and the tenant level. HUD's property database includes information on the size, unit mix, and location of individual projects.
Michigan tax credits include the state Earned Income Tax Credit, the Home Heating Credit and the Michigan Homestead Property Credit. Some of these credits are available to individuals who are exempt from filing requirements.
If you own and occupy the property as your home, you should file a Principal Residence Exemption Affidavit (Form 2368) with your county, city, township or village and submit your summer and winter property tax statements to Michigan Department of Treasury for review.
