We have created a cool tool that finds which items earned the most gil on your marketboard! We have an extended guide on it here. It uses Universalis data to compute the total revenue earned by items on a time period you define (i.e. 24 hours, 168 hours, etc)
This then sent me looking to see what else offers in game stuff, turns out there’s a lot. Is there a complete list of all items like this and how to get them? Thanks!
There are codes published in various places on the web that anyone can redeem for in-game items. It is important to note that many of these codes result in consumables that can only be claimed and used once, per character, and sometimes per account. Be sure you really want to use it before you do!
The only time that happens, is when there's some promotion with say, Amazon, and people who don't play FFXIV get codes that they then share, which are single-use so it's first-come first served. So no, there's no list of "active codes", since that's not a thing for the game.
