To complete the Application to Have the Chapter 7 Filing Fee Waived (Form 103B), you must provide information about your family size, combined family income, monthly expenses, cash on hand, bank accounts, personal property, and real estate. You'll use the information you provided on your bankruptcy schedules (the figures should be consistent).
22 Απρ 2022 · If you want to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy and apply for a fee waiver, you need to complete Official Form 103B: Application to Have the Chapter 7 Filing Fee Waived. To be eligible for a fee waiver, you must show the court that you can’t afford to pay the fee.
The debtor must pay the entire filing fee before making any more payments or transferring any more property to an attorney, bankruptcy petition preparer, or anyone else in connection with the bankruptcy case.
If you are thinking about filing a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, you will need to complete Official Form 103B, Application to Have the Chapter 7 Filing Fee Waived.
