FITNESSGRAM® Healthy Fitness Zone Performance Standards For each test area, the FITNESSGRAM uses the Healthy Fitness Zone (HFZ) to FEMALES evaluate fitness performance. The Fitnessgram uses criterion-referenced standards to evaluate fitness performance. These standards were established by the Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research to represent a level of fitness that offers some degree of protection against diseases that result from sedentary living.
Appendix A provides information on testing equipment. This section includes information about where to purchase and how to build special equipment for the physical fitness tests. Appendix B provides the copy masters for the FITNESSGRAM and ACTIVITY-GRAM programs. These can be copied straight from the manual to reproduce for students.

5 Ιαν 2022 · The FitnessGram battery has included field-based assessments of muscular strength/endurance (Curl-up, Push-up and Trunk Lift) and flexibility (Back-saver Sit and Reach) almost from inception. However, research has not fully supported the utility of the associated standards for these assessments.
