The annual Statement of Financial Interest is due July 1, 2024. If the annual form is not submitted via the electronic filing system created and maintained by the Commission September 3, 2024, an automatic fine of $25 for each day late will be imposed, up to a maximum penalty of $1,500.

All financial disclosure forms (Form 6, 6X, 6F, and Form 1, 1X, and 1F) must be filed electronically. The Commission no longer promulgates paper forms. If you have not already registered in EFDMS, visit disclosure.floridaethics.gov. Click the "I am a Filer" button, and then the "Request Registration Email" button.
