Felipe Rojas Alou (born May 12, 1935) is a Dominican former Major League Baseball outfielder, first baseman, coach and manager. He managed the Montreal Expos (1992–2001) and the San Francisco Giants (2003–2006).
“I’ve been a pioneer in my own way,” Aloú said in Spanish during an interview with La Vida Baseball in September. Besides being the second Dominican to reach the major leagues , debuting June 8, 1958, with the San Francisco Giants , he was the first of three Latinos to be voted manager of the year.

He later became the first Dominican-born manager in Major League history, winning 1,033 games over his 14 seasons at the helm of the Expos and Giants.
