I see the ISS field but it says Feb 2019, when I was actually issued my drivers licence back in 2006. I have 3 other expired driver licences that I've saved and they also have conflicting information. The Florida driver’s license issue date (4a ISS) is at the bottom left of the card, but this is the issue date for the photocard. If you want to know the original issue date, you can request your driving record from the DMV.
