If you are a Fortnite gamer in the U.S. who was charged for unwanted purchases, apply for a refund online at www.fortniterefund.com/file-a-claim. The deadline has been extended to February 29, 2024. You must be at least 18 to complete a claim form .
To refund your eligible Epic Games Store purchase, follow the Self-Service refund steps below. For eligibility requirements see the Epic Games Store Refund Policy.
If the game is eligible for a self-service refund, please click the “Refund” button to start the refund process. In-game purchases in Fortnite, Fall Guys, and Rocket League are powered by the Epic Games Store, so this policy also applies to purchases made in those games on PC.
