there seems to be an issue with the way Fortnite syncs your V-Bucks with your Epic Games account. Here are a few things you can try to fix the problem: 1. check that your Xbox account and your Epic Games account are linked correctly.
If you redeemed the V-Bucks to a PC, Switch or mobile device, you can launch Fortnite and spend your V-Bucks! If you redeemed the V-Bucks to your XBOX or PlayStation, a secondary code was generated and it must be entered into your Microsoft or Sony account to complete the redemption.
If you try to redeem your V-Bucks card and you get an error that says it’s invalid, check that you’re entering the code correctly. If it has been entered correctly and is still showing as invalid, the card has not been properly activated.
