EMR-A is available as a part of bundled products (please see drop down menus for options). EMR-A's catch is made from CNC machined 4140 steel and black nitride coated, its lever is 7075 aluminum and Type 3 hard coat anodized. The roll pin has a shear strength of 800lbs. EMR-A was designed from the beginning to be more compatible with a factory bolt catch. Some ambi mag catches can interfere with the operation of a factory bolt catch's lower paddle, as their levers are quite close to the factory bolt catch's tiny lower paddle.

EMR-C has a blind hole and continuous serrations, its taller profile is perfect for use on 308 ARs in conjunction with AR15/M16 spec mag catches. We do not recommend the EMR-C for defense and duty 223 ARs.
