Plugged into my PC I had xbox controller, Keyboard/mouse, and scuf ps4 controller...So I unplugged the ps4 controller and it solved it. If anyone has the same issue and was like me ignoring the obvious, just check all inputs and unplug the conflicting it will most likely work.
