6 reviews and 2 photos of FOUR WINDS-SARATOGA "This facility is amazing and did wonderful things for my daughter. They are not like a typical hospital, it is more like a beautiful summer camp for children who need some extra mental support.
We ordered two bowls: the spicy Special Rice Noodle with Beef Bone and the non-spicy Rice Noodles with Braised Pork Belly. All noodles also come with pickled cabbage and pickled mustard. Both meats were really good and the noodles were tasty. Soup base had a lot of flavor.
Ordered the Hainan Chicken. Food came out pretty fast. Portion was decent. Rice and chicken were good. The soup tasted weird to me. They have good selections on their menu. They offer rice, noodles, appetizers, etc. Restaurant and restroom were clean enough. Service was quick.
