“Frail Limb Nursery” begins with an interlude that sets the stage for the narrative. It portrays a haunting scene where a girl, referred to as “she,” lies in a trance-like state. Her fluttering eyelashes give the impression that she is dreaming. She whispers to her listener, “I lie beyond the sea.”
The full audio clip from that site is nearly 5 minutes long. The track only appears on the first-press version of the album and was quickly removed... "Frail Limb Nursery" is the eighth track on Slipknot.
The Audio from that comes before Purity. Self titled, 1999. In short Purity is about a girl buried by a guy but kept alive. This story however was fake. It was essentially an ARG before that was a thing. The audio was essentially evidence of her “kidnapping” and part of the website.
I know the real audio isn't actually called, "Frail Limb Nursery", but i used the title, cause I knew everyone would know what i was referring to. I don't know if anyone has even heard the full audio, but if you haven't then here you go.
