Unfortunately, they are not licensed. They just make the plushies that FNAF fans want instead of what Funko puts out. Much better quality and attention to detail. Take Easter Bonnie for example. XSmart actually embroidered all the detail on Bonnie’s chest whereas Funko would simply cut corners and print on some design.
