A square has a minimum height of 0 meters and a maximum of 350 meters (like San Francisco), auto settings are calculated like this: Sea level is set to 0 meters, Height scale to 300%, below sea level to 20 meters and only land is raised.

The aim of this project is to generate 16 bit heightmap data for use in software such as Unreal Engine 5. High quality height data is available from Mapzen's global elevation service.
Here's a collection of 50 .PNG Heightmap Files I made for Unreal Engine. These heightmaps were created and rendered using the ANT Landscape plugin in Blender, then edited with GIMP. I made a Tutorial on how to create your own heightmaps. License is CC0, free for personal and commercial use. Just don't try to sell them as is, please.
I've downloaded quite a few maps that react badly to water(I.e lakes/rivers) when added I'll try this later and let you how it goes but of the bat your height maps look sick AF.
