I looked for fixes already, tried several, no dice. I then downloaded a freeware BT driver installer, and was informed that it was unable to create the c:/windows/inf.bth.inf as access is denied. I navigate to that folder, and there is a file named bth.
Right click the start button, device manager. If a driver is missing you will find it here, it will stand out. Windows 10+ is great at doing the driver install for you. Don't go blindly download stuff, especially from Motherboard manufacturers.
