If you’re presented with the error message that your email and password do not match, click on Recover your account link. You’ll see a prompt to Reset Your Password. Enter the email you think you had on your Epic Games account and click on Continue.

Enter the email address that is associated with your Epic Games account. Enter the security code you received from your email and click continue. Enter a new password that meets all the listed security requirements and click Reset Password. You’ll receive a confirmation email about your password change and you should now be able to sign in.
If you attempted to recover your account and are unable to verify your identity through Two-factor authentication or the email used to create your account, you will see the Recover your Account window. Click on the START ACCOUNT RECOVERY button and follow the steps below:
