This is a work in progress list of completely free alternatives to VisuStella plugins. I prioritized English language plugins, or at least plugins with English in the plugin help file (green entries), and completely free for both noncommercial and commercial games.
Well, it's a simple 3D level editor that's extremely easy to use, and has quite a fair amount of flexibility! It will help you to create your game in full 3D without the complexity of unity, or other similar engines.
