Sierra Wireless MC7455 (running the generic firmware, not Sprint firmware) is the only one I'm aware of that supports all 3 Sprint bands, but if you know that you don't need band 25 (ie, you get a solid band 41 connection), you have a lot more options.
Gave the Sprint free year plan a shot and things have been going mostly well for the past four months. I had never ever considered Sprint as an option so I wanted to write down what I learned - 1/ Sprint coverage, here in California Bay Area, is very good.
I get anywhere from 30-60 Mbps speed at home, and I was on the Sprint network when I traveled down south last year and had coverage for most of the time. It might not be Verizon but for the price (especially this free deal) it's great.
