We offer free career training programs such as:
Comprehensive vocational training and educational programs with supportive mental health services for young people ages 16-21 who have emotional and behavioral challenges. Participants receive individually tailored vocational plans that explore their interests, strengths, and job readiness.
Adults and out-of-school youth age 16+ can take free classes to learn English and prep for HSE/GED exams.
Renaissance Technical Institute (RTI), is a New York based non-profit organization based in Harlem, New York, dedicated to empowering and transforming the lives of adults (17 years and older), the immigrant population, and the underserved communities, by providing FREE vocational education and training that materialize in careers in the trades.
We offer training programs for in-demand occupations across sectors at different locations throughout the city. To take part in one of our training programs or qualify for an Individual Training Grant (ITG), you must meet the following qualifications: Be at least 18 years or older. Be a New York City resident.
