7 Απρ 2016 · Introduction. FrostFire spec is in my opinion the best choice for well (and correctly) geared mage. Since this spec is based on crits it should not be used wihout atleast 35% crit. Without a lot of crit this spec becomes mediocre because of the slow cast time of Frost Fire Bolt and its power.

Once you get to hit cap then it's time to switch to fire. It really starts cooking when you get past the 40% crit mark with self buffs. In raids I'm around 60% crit and I'm still far from bis.
