The contact points are used to adjust the aircraft relative to CoG.Contact points 2 and 3 are typically the main gear, but this is not likely the problem. This parameter defines the length and distances of the main gear relative to CoG.Your problem as stated seems more rleated to static_cg_height (above the ground).
