Taking florida real estate state exam. I'm a Florida RE instructor and all I can say is STUDY. Most people really worry about the math but it's only 10% of the exam so don't beat yourself up over it; you could get every math question wrong and still pass.

She was keeping all of us who live here from being able to park in front of our own house. So I started parking in front of her house as revenge. The short end of it is that she got pissed and came over one day. I was called mean, vindictive, etc.
When we walked in the first thing I noticed was the ridiculous number of scented candles that were lit and all over the house. However, underneath the scent of the candles was something much harder to put my finger on. It was kind of sweet, kind of pungent, but also "chemically".
For me, the best revenge was on an ex who was emotionally abusive and manipulative. The relationship was filled with gaslighting, verbal abuse, and shame. The revenge I got was getting out of it, starting my own new life, and falling in love again with someone who knows how to love.
I am currently approved to take the Fl License exam with the state which of course will happen when I pass this pre license class. I already paid all my fees (fingerprints, state application, pre-licensing course, etc.)
Has anyone taken the FL Real estate exam recently? If so, how was your overall experience and what can you share? Finishing the class soon and hoping to take the state test soon after!
