Taking florida real estate state exam. I'm a Florida RE instructor and all I can say is STUDY. Most people really worry about the math but it's only 10% of the exam so don't beat yourself up over it; you could get every math question wrong and still pass.
For me, the best revenge was on an ex who was emotionally abusive and manipulative. The relationship was filled with gaslighting, verbal abuse, and shame. The revenge I got was getting out of it, starting my own new life, and falling in love again with someone who knows how to love.
My recommendation to those looking to test - Understand and pay attention to the distinctions and applications between Sale price, LTV > Loan amount, Assessed value, etc. Seemed like every math question gave you all those values (more than you needed to answer the question) so you needed to know how to apply that knowledge.
