If you are applying for a PROVISIONAL LICENSE in Arkansas, there is no fee. However, you will still be required to pay the $75 fee. When you convert your Provisional license to a Standard license, the $75 fee will then be credited to your account.
The licensed teacher may complete the online background check application form on the Arkansas Educator Licensure System that can be found on the Arkansas Department of Education website. Once this form is completed, the educator must print it for submission.
