Get in the game with the Houston Texans Flag Football League at the YMCA! Introduce your child to the exciting world of flag football with YMCA Houston’s youth leagues. Our programs focus on skill development, teamwork, and fun for kids ages 4-15.
We provide children and families with the Ultimate Flag football League Experience in and around Galveston, TX. At N Zone Sports of Houston Bay Area, we feel that all kids and youth should get to play flag football, and we focus on building sportsmanship and teamwork in a supportive environment.

START TIMES. Sunday Leagues: 1:30-6:45. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Leagues: 6:20-9:20. Gametimes will likely vary from week to week.
Season Operations: The Next Level Flag Football season in Houston at Rice University will run with 9 program dates over the program schedule. Each team will be coached by a Rice student-athlete. Game Dates: Most games are on Sundays, with one doubleheader weekend.
Are you ready for some flag football? Join the best youth flag football league in Houston! This 7-practice/6-game season, held on Saturdays (Rice University training bubble) is a 5 vs. 5 non-contact, recreational, co-ed, boys and girls format. We limit teams to 10 players to maximize playing time.
