25 Οκτ 2013 · Garchomp got a mega evolution in X/Y, pretty much turning it into one of the scariest mixed wallbreakers around, with the mixed attacking stats of Kyurem-B (a Pokémon that shares many parallels with its mega forme). It gains Sand Force as its ability, vastly increasing its power under Sandstorm.

14 Ιουν 2010 · Focus Sash allows Garchomp to take multiple super effective hits before dying, Groundium Z gives Garchomp a terrifyingly strong Tectonic Rage, and finally, Assault Vest gives Garchomp some nice special bulk, though you can't use Swords Dance or Protect with it.
Garchomp is definitely the best option for a Ground type and a Dragon type in XY. Garchomp is also one of my favourites because his strategy for battle is to simply WRECK. Dragon Claw is your Dragon STAB move, EQ is your Ground STAB move, Rock Slide covers his weakness Ice and Poison Jab covers his weakness Fairy.
5 Ιουν 2021 · Easily choose Garchomp for this. In addition to being available slightly earlier than Goodra, it has STAB moves super effective against all of the Elite 4 except for Seibold. However, it also gets Fire Fang for Wulfric.
