Apparently GE clock radios had a date code sticker on them, where the second digit indicated the year of manufacture. Unfortunately, though, it didn’t indicate the decade. On eBay I saw images of this model with date code years of 6, 7, 8, and 9... so I’m guessing that means 1986-1989 and not 1976-1979?

Check to make sure the alarm is set to the desired A.M./P.M. setting. If it's not, change the setting to your desired time of day using the A.M./P.M. switch. If the alarm still does not work, the On/Off/Music/Alarm switch is faulty. Use this guide to repair or replace it.
