there are *some* cases where you don't need Vullaby, mainly on Hyper Offense. And there are some cases where say, Wingull is better because you want the immediate speed. But those cases are rare and yea, pretty much use Vullaby on every team. Think of it as Gen 2 Snorlax
[TEAM BULDING] [ANYTHING GOES] I am using this team for Gen 8. got this team from the list of sample teams in smogon. If I use the EVs to alleviate Dragapult's attack instead of sp attack and use dragon darts instead of draco meteor, will that be better (as Dragapult has attack base stats even more than sp attack base stat) ?
