The Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) accepts online applications for medical marijuana cards. The first step in the application is visiting a state-licensed physician who will recommend the OMMU on your behalf.
Patients and caregivers are required to have an active Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) identification card to purchase and be in possession of medical marijuana. Patients and caregivers are encouraged to apply online for their MMUR identification card. Learn how to get started.

7 Νοε 2023 · Completing the Registry Application: After receiving certification, complete your application in the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry. You’ll need to provide proof of residency and state fees.
Under this registry, qualified patients and caregivers must obtain Medical Marijuana Use Registry Identification cards in order to buy medical cannabis products legally.
Visit a physician certified to recommend medical cannabis. You can find a certified physician near you on our website (www.mmtcfl.com) or call 844-682-8261 for an appointment. If your physician determines that you qualify, they will enter your name into Florida's Medical Marijuana Registry.
