Here's a triple 100 build with some serious stat penalties. The key part is understanding how armor is rolled and how to maximize your drops. Every armor piece will roll two random plugs, one for the first three stats (mob/res/rec) and one for the last three (dis/int/str).

If you say get a 30 roll, you'll want one with 10 somewhere. You don't want to go even 1 point over 100 but you also want all recovery to come from the armor. If you get a REALLY good roll you want to build around that one and the exotic is the most important slot as its the HARDEST to farm for.
Thanks. Imo discipline since that gives you a guaranteed disc roll with a 2/3rd chance of a roll in one of your target stats (resil or recov). Without fragment modes tho it's not quite possible to get 100recov100resil100disc iirc 90/100/100 is the maximum amongst the three stats.
