Posting this as a PSA for anyone who might be looking to find their 2023 order history exported as a CSV, and stumbled into other Reddit posts advertising Chrome extensions or paid-for scraping software that achieves the same.
9 Μαΐ 2023 · To download your Amazon order history before March 2023, you could simply visit Amazon’s Order History portal and download your order history CSV. You could then use Tiller’s free Import CSV Line Items utility to upload each transaction into Google Sheets.

This will generate a report, in a Comma Separated Value (.CSV file) spreadsheet format, showing every single purchase and the associated data.
